1. Scope of the service

The Secret Ibiza offers the rental of a private space available by the hour or by the night, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

The service includes only the space and any amenities expressly described in the booking confirmation or in the communication issued by The Secret Ibiza.

Any service, feature, or item not expressly stated in the booking confirmation is excluded.

2. Booking requests and confirmation

A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until The Secret Ibiza expressly accepts it.

The Secret Ibiza may request additional information before confirming a booking.

The Secret Ibiza reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking request in the event of unavailability, incomplete information, suspected misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Use of the private space

The private space must be used lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with any house rules communicated before or at check-in.

The user is responsible for any damage, loss, breakage, or misuse caused by the user or by any guest, invitee, or third party under the user’s responsibility.

The Secret Ibiza may impose occupancy limits, check-in and check-out times, noise rules, safety rules, and other operational instructions.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Any illegal activity.

• Any conduct that disturbs neighbours or staff.

• Bringing additional persons beyond the agreed occupancy.

• Subletting, transferring, or assigning the booking to third parties without prior written consent.

• Any conduct that may endanger the safety, reputation, or integrity of the property or service.

5. Duration, access, and additional use

The rental period is the one agreed at the time of booking.

Any use of the space beyond the agreed time may be treated as an extension only if expressly accepted by The Secret Ibiza.

Any additional services requested by the user may be provided only if accepted by The Secret Ibiza and may be subject to separate conditions.

6. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, change, and no-show rules are those communicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellations made after confirmation may not be refundable in whole or in part.

The Secret Ibiza may cancel or reschedule a booking for operational, safety, legal, or force majeure reasons.

7. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times must be respected.

Late arrival does not automatically extend the rental period.

The user may be required to present identification or provide any information reasonably necessary to complete the booking and access.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Secret Ibiza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

The Secret Ibiza shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the private space, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

9. Third-party services

If the user requests services provided by third parties in connection with the booking, those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions.

The Secret Ibiza is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, text, images, graphics, and design elements are owned by or licensed to The Secret Ibiza, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit such content without prior written permission.
